 With Sites

1:: You must have an active site (it can be about anything)
2:: No hentai or adult material
3:: Must have the code up before you submit
4:: Please put the code up in a place where I can easily find it.
5:: Code must be up at all times!!
6:: You can also join the Celestial Sky Message Board so you can talk with other people or members and such. (It's the new B-SNET board!) ^^

 Without sites

1:: Must have an active email
2:: If you ever change your email please tell me
3:: If you ever start a website please send me the address
4::In the submission form where it says "I am..." put 'strong' so I know you read the rules
